A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 15-12-1.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to exemptions from jury duty, so as to provide that the exemption from jury duty for full-time students enrolled in postsecondary education includes students taking classes online; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
