A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 14 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to corporations, partnerships, and associations, so as to provide a three-year waiver of annual registration fees for certain veteran affiliated business corporations, nonprofit corporations, foreign limited liability partnerships, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
