A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 36 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding the annexation of territory, so as to provide that no annexation or deannexation shall be effective during the period beginning 90 days prior to a municipal election and ending on the date of such municipal election; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
