L. 1967, p. 2405), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 4, 1991 (Ga. L. 1991, p. 3586), so as to provide for the manner of changing the compensation for members of the board of education; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
