A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 6 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to uniform rules of the road, so as to limit the use of wireless telecommunication devices while operating a motor vehicle when the driver is over 18 years of age or operating a school bus; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
