A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 8 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Department of Community Affairs, so as to provide that regional commissions and metropolitan area planning and development commissions shall provide services free of charge to dues paying members; to provide that regional commissions and metropolitan area planning and development commissions shall utilize state purchasing administered by the Department of Administrative Services; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
