Insurance; certain motor vehicle liability insurance policies pay the costs of removal, towing, or storage under certain circumstances; provide

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 33-34-3 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to requirements for issuance of policies, so as to require that certain motor vehicle liability insurance policies pay the costs for the removal, towing, or storage of the motor vehicle covered under such policy under certain circumstances; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
