Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 7 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding income taxes, so as to require corporations that receive development subsidies to create new full-time jobs that provide livable wages and benefits; to provide a short title; to provide for procedures, conditions, and limitations; to provide for clawbacks or rescissions in certain circumstances; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
