Income tax credit; low-emission vehicles; plug-in electric vehicles; provide

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 48-7-40.16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to income tax credits for low-emission vehicles, so as to provide for definitions; to provide for tax credits for plug-in electric vehicles; to repeal provisions regarding low-speed vehicles; to provide for certain limitations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
