A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 24 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general insurance provisions, so as to provide that no health benefit plan shall refuse to pay or otherwise reimburse for a peroral endoscopic myotomy surgical procedure for the treatment of achalasia; to provide for definitions; to provide for limitations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
