A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 39 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to minors, so as to provide for findings; to provide that a person licensed to provide professional counseling under Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, including but not limited to psychiatrists, psychologists, professional counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, or certain other persons, shall not engage in sexual orientation change efforts with a person under 18 years of age; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
