A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 4 of Title 49 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to public assistance generally, so as to require legislative notification prior to any request for a state plan amendment for an increase in eligibility or benefits above the minimum requirements for temporary assistance for needy families or the supplemental nutrition assistance program; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
