"Employment Security Law"; provide for a civil penalty for employment misclassification

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 9 of Chapter 8 of Title 34 of the O.C.G.A., relating to prohibited and void acts and overpayments applicable to the "Employment Security Law," so as to provide for a civil penalty for employment misclassification; to provide for related matters; to provide for effective dates, contingent effectiveness, and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
