Revised Georgia Law on Notarial Acts of 2014; enact

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 45 of the O.C.G.A., relating to public officers and employees, so as to repeal Chapter 17, relating to notaries public, and enact the "Revised Georgia Law on Notarial Acts of 2014"; to amend Article 2 of Chapter 6 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to clerks of superior courts, so as to revise cross-references; to provide for related matters; to provide effective dates; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
