A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 20-2-1180 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to loitering upon school premises or within a school safety zone, penalty, required check in of visitors, and posting signs of required check in, so as to provide for a hearing for a parent or guardian prior to the imposition of a ban to prohibit admission of the parent or guardian to a school; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
