A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to revenue and taxation, so as to provide for a short title; to abolish the state income tax; to increase the rate of tax on the retail purchase, retail sale, rental, storage, use, or consumption of certain tangible property and on certain services; to provide for other matters relative to the foregoing; to provide for an effective date; to provide for applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
