Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 50 of the O.C.G.A., relating to general provisions relative to state government, so as to provide a short title; to make legislative findings; to create a Joint Commission on Recommendation to review all Acts of the Congress of the United States of America, regulations promulgated pursuant to such laws, and executive orders of the President of the United States of America; to provide for membership; to provide that the commission shall determine which of the federal statutes, regulations, and presidential executive orders of the United States of America should be enforced and which should be ignored in Georgia; to provide for a vote of nullification by the General Assembly; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
