Highways; vehicles which exceed weight and dimension limits when in operation within a 20 mile radius of a port facility or designated facility; provide a permit

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 6 of Title 32 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to dimensions and weight of vehicles and loads operating on public roads, so as to provide for a permit for vehicles which exceed the weight and dimension limits when such vehicle is in operation within a 20 mile radius of a port facility or designated facility; to prescribe a fee for such permits; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
