Transportation Facility Designations; Designates 98 Points of Light Way in Miami-Dade County; directs DOT to erect suitable markers.

Collective Bargaining; Providing for resolution in accordance with certain personnel rules of collective bargaining issues at impasse between the state and certified representatives of the bargaining units for state employees, etc.

Implementing the 2022-2023 General Appropriations Act; Implements specified appropriations of the General Appropriations Act for 2022-2023 fiscal year.

State-administered Retirement Systems; Authorizes certain members to elect to participate in deferred retirement program for additional 36 months; revises required employer retirement contribution rates for each membership class & subclass of Florida Retirement System; revising allocations to investment plan member accounts.

General Appropriations Act; Provides moneys for annual period beginning July 1, 2022, & ending June 30, 2023, & supplemental appropriations for period ending June 30, 2022, to pay salaries & other expenses, capital outlay—buildings & other improvements, & for other specified purposes of various agencies of state government. APPROPRIATION: $112,071,034,002

Trust Fund/Opioid Settlement Clearing Trust Fund/DFS; Creates Opioid Settlement Clearing Trust within DFS; provides sources of funds; provides funds are exempt from specified service charges; provides for subdivisions of funds; authorizes uses of funds; specifies purpose of funds; exempts trust fund from termination provisions.

Inflation Fund; Creating the Inflation Fund within the Executive Office of the Governor; providing the purpose of the fund; providing for the deposit and use of funds; providing for future review and termination of the fund, etc.

Property Insurance; Creates Reinsurance to Assist Policyholders program to be administered by SBA; requires board & property insurers to enter into contracts to provide certain insurance reimbursement; prohibits premiums from being charged for participation in program; provides program does not affect claims-paying capacity of CAT Fund; requires certain property insurers to reduce rates to reflect certain cost savings through rate filings; revises homeowner eligibility criteria for mitigation grants; provides requirements for claimants to prevail in certain claims for damages; limits transfer, assignment, or acquisition of rights to attorney fees in certain property insurance suits; authorizes insurers to include separate roof deductibles; creates property insurer stability unit within office for specified purpose; specifies events that trigger referrals to unit. APPROPRIATION: $150,000,000

Roof Repair, Replacement, and Recovering Requirements; Providing roofing system or roof section of certain existing buildings or structures does not have to be repaired, replaced, or recovered in accordance with the Florida Building Code under certain circumstances; requiring the Florida Building Commission to adopt rules and incorporate the rules into the building code; prohibiting local governments from adopting certain administrative or technical amendments to the building code.

Nursing Home Financial Reporting; Requires nursing homes & their home offices to annually file with AHCA their audited actual experience for purposes of financial reporting.
