Amusement Rides; Provides & revises requirements related to amusement rides, including amusement ride managers, permanent amusement ride annual permits, temporary amusement ride permits, testing of amusement rides, exemptions from safety standards, inspection standards, & compliance certifications; revises standards for rules adopted by DACS relating to amusement rides; provides procedures for introduction & examination of witnesses & evidence in examinations & investigations conducted by DACS; revises civil penalties.

Miami-Dade County Electric Automated Side Loading Garbage Truck; Provides an appropriation for the Miami-Dade County Electric Automated Side Loading Garbage Truck. APPROPRIATION: $600,000

Public School Transportation; Requires district school boards to provide transportation for each public elementary school student if student's single parent or guardian is developmentally disabled.

Pub. Rec./Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders; Provides exemptions from public records requirements for certain respondent's name at trial & on appeal; expands exemptions for certain petitions, court orders, & related records regarding persons with potential mental health disorders or substance use disorders; expands certain exceptions; authorizes clerk of court to use respondent's name for certain purposes; revises date for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statement of public necessity.

Restoration of Jury Rights; Requires restoration of voting rights of certain persons before such persons qualify to serve as jurors.

Carbon Monoxide Alarms; Provides DOE to require K-12 public school facilities to install carbon monoxide alarms; provides requirements for such alarms.

Senior Management Service Class; Provides that participation in Senior Management Service Class of FRS is compulsory for certain persons on specified date; authorizes members of such class to purchase & upgrade certain retirement credit; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $288,234
