MINOR
The bill has been updated from its Engrossed version to its Enrolled version, which is the final form signed by the Governor. The substantive policy content, including building permit rules and inspection requirements, remains unchanged. The primary differences are technical formatting updates, such as adding 'ENROLLED' to the header and adjusting page numbering.
TECHNICAL
Updated document headers to reflect the 'ENROLLED' status and adjusted page numbering sequences.
Changed the internal file identifier from 'hb803 -04-e2' to 'hb803 -04-er' to match the new Enrolled version.
