Summary
Wage and Employment Benefits; Prohibits political subdivisions from maintaining certain minimum wage; prohibits political subdivisions from controlling, affecting, or awarding preferences related to wages or employment benefits of entities contracting with political subdivision; provides that state minimum wage only applies to individuals who are entitled to receive federal minimum wage under federal Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended.
