Tax Collector Budgets; Revises annual deadline by which tax collector must submit budget to DOR for approval; authorizes boards of county commissioners to submit feedback to department within specified timeframe; requires department to take into account such feedback; requires department to send copies of its certifications of tax collector budgets to boards of county commissioners; requires department to respond in writing to feedback from boards of county commissioners; requires tax collectors to send copies of revised budgets to boards of county commissioners; requires department to send approvals of revised budgets to tax collectors & boards of county commissioners.
