Child Welfare; Expanding the list of entities that have access to child abuse records; revising the authority of the Department of Children and Families to review reports for the purpose of employment screening; revising requirements for certain employees of residential group homes; requiring assessments to be completed if the total number of children in a family foster home will exceed six, excluding the family’s own children, before placement of a child in a family foster home, etc.
