Public Records; Prohibiting a county recorder from removing a grantor name, grantee name, or party name from the register of the Official Records and the index on the publicly available website unless the information is subject to a specified public records exemption; prescribing requirements for a person claiming a public records exemption to request removal of information from a publicly available website, subject to penalty of perjury; requiring that a request for maintenance of an exemption be notarized and confirm the individual’s status; requiring the daily schedule of deeds and conveyances to include notification of any information therein which is subject to a request for removal, etc.
