Motor Vehicle Dealers; Requires DHSMV to conduct investigation of licensed motor vehicle manufacturer, distributor, or importer relating to written complaint by motor vehicle dealer or motor vehicle dealer association; revises powers & duties of DHSMV; authorizes issuance of court order; provides liability for costs incurred by DHSMV; prohibits certain information from being used as basis for criminal prosecution of licensee; authorizes motor vehicle association to apply for injunction for certain purposes; authorizes motor vehicle association member to seek declaration & adjudication of rights; revises provisions relating to filing written objection or notice of protest.
