South Broward Hospital District, Broward County; Authorizes Board of Commissioners of the South Broward Hospital District to attend certain meetings or workshop by, or conduct the meeting through the use of, any means of communication media technology; authorizes delivery of certified copies of resolutions levying taxes in accordance with requirements of general law; authorizes board to encumber specified real & personal property & to acquire, own, establish, develop, construct, lease, equip, operate, manage, & maintain specified hospitals, facilities, & programs within & outside district boundaries for certain purposes; provides legislative findings; provides an exception to general law.
