Disability Abortions; Prohibits physician from performing or inducing, or attempting to perform or induce, disability abortion; provides immunity from prosecution for woman upon whom such abortion is performed; requires DOH to provide information through its clearinghouse; requires health care practitioners to provide such information to patients.
