Courts; Revises requirements for storage of DCA & Supreme Court materials; requires specified entities to prepare plan to develop electronic solution for identifying assessments; provides periodic inflationary adjustment of monetary jurisdictional limit for county court actions; requires EDR to calculate & certify jurisdictional limit; requires specified entities to post on their websites such adjusted jurisdictional limit; requires DCA clerks to have office at headquarters; authorizes person summoned for jury service to postpone such service in event of emergency; authorizes electronic fingerprinting for certain offenses; removes requirement defendant's social security number be obtained at time of fingerprinting.
