Workers' Compensation Insurance for Employee Leasing Companies; Authorizes insurer of employee leasing company to require that employee leasing company & client company provide certain information & to audit operations of employee leasing company & client company; requires that insurer of employee leasing company provide workers' compensation coverage to all employees of client company under certain conditions; provides that failure by client company to report leased employee's hiring to employee leasing company may not serve as basis for denial of workers' compensation benefits for unreported client company employee; requires insurers to conduct annual audits of employee leasing companies & client companies.
