Affordable Housing Tax Reductions; Authorizes counties, municipalities, & special districts to waiver impact fees for certain nonprofit corporations for specified purposes; provides tax reduction to entities that provide affordable housing to identified groups; provides criteria for receiving reduction; provides formula for determining amount of reduction; requires taxpayer to submit covenant for recording that provides specified information; requires taxpayer who receives reduction to file annual report; provides penalties for falsification of report.
