Local Licensing

Summary
Local Licensing; Provides individuals who hold valid, active local licenses may work within scope of such licenses in any local government jurisdiction without needing to meet additional licensing requirements; provides that local governments have disciplinary jurisdiction over such licensees; requires local governments to forward any disciplinary orders to licensee's original licensing jurisdiction for further action; requires DBPR to create & maintain local licensing information system.
