Association Meeting Flexibility Emergency Amendment Act of 2025

This bill allows condominium, cooperative, and limited equity cooperative associations in Washington, D.C., to hold virtual meetings for unit owners and board members. It requires associations to include meeting access links in notices and ensures virtual attendees are counted toward quorum. The bill permits electronic voting up to seven days before meetings and allows ballots to be distributed with meeting notices. These changes apply immediately as an emergency measure and expire after 90 days.
