This resolution sets forth the rule for consideration of H.R. 3485 (blocking visas of human rights violators); H.R. 4445 (invalidating arbitration agreements in sexual assault and sexual harassment cases); and H.R. 4521 (addressing U.S. technology and communications, foreign relations and national security, domestic manufacturing, education, trade, and other matters). The resolution also amends H. Res. 188 (setting forth the rule for consideration of H.R. 842, H.R. 8, and H.R. 1446 and revising H.Res.8).
