AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE STERILE NEEDLE AND SYRINGE EXCHANGE PROGRAM.

Summary
This Act directs the State’s current needle exchange program to take a needs-based approach. This Act also makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
