AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO STATEWIDE AUTHORITY OF POLICE OFFICERS.
Summary
This Act allows special investigators with the Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families to make arrests and render assistance to other police officers. This Act also makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
