AN ACT AMENDING A CONVEYANCE OF A PARCEL OF STATE LAND TO THE TOWN OF HAMDEN.

This bill amends a special act to transfer a 50.29-acre state-owned parcel in Hamden, formerly known as High Meadows, to the town for $1.5 million plus administrative costs. The transfer requires approval from the State Properties Review Board and must be completed by June 30, 2027, with a possible six-month extension if the town covers additional state costs. The state retains control of the land until the transfer is finalized, and the State Treasurer will handle the legal paperwork for the conveyance.
