AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE WORKERS' COMPENSATION ACT.

This bill establishes a working group to review the state's Workers' Compensation Act and recommend changes to specific sections of the law. The group will be made up of six members appointed by various legislative leaders, including both majority and minority party representatives from the House and Senate.
