AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO SUBMIT PLANS FOR ANY SIGNIFICANT TREE CUTTING UNDERTAKEN BY SAID AGENCY.
