Changed timely repair requirements to ten business days and added tolling provisions for time spent waiting for prior authorization or parts delivery.
Adjusted effective dates for various sections, with some provisions now effective July 1, 2025, and others January 1, 2026.
Added provisions allowing the Department of Social Services to designate additional durable medical equipment categories for reused equipment and requiring review of wheelchair repairs and parts replacements.
