AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE OFFICE OF POLICY AND MANAGEMENT CONCERNING THE STATE PLAN OF CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT AND PRIORITY FUNDING AREAS.
