AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A GRANT-IN-AID TO SOUTH CENTRAL CHIEFS OF POLICE ASSOCIATION, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN TRACKING TECHNOLOGY.
