AN ACT CONCERNING THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROBATE COURT JUDGES.

This bill requires Connecticut Probate Court judges to devote full-time to their judicial duties and prohibits them from practicing law, working for law firms, or engaging in paid mediation, arbitration, or other outside professions that could conflict with their court responsibilities.
