AN ACT CREATING A QUANTUM CT ADVISORY PANEL.

HB 5023 creates an advisory panel for the Quantum CT public-private partnership between the University of Connecticut and Yale University. The panel must include balanced representation from both urban and rural communities in Connecticut. This procedural bill establishes a formal structure for community input into the partnership but does not change funding, technology policy, or other substantive aspects of Quantum CT. It is currently referred to the Energy and Technology Committee.
