AN ACT CONCERNING SOCIAL EQUITY APPLICANTS, INFUSED BEVERAGES AND MODERATE-THC HEMP PRODUCTS.
This bill establishes a temporary task force to study consumer protection measures within the state. The group will be composed of representatives from both legislative chambers, the Governor, and the Commissioner of Consumer Protection. Appointed members must submit their findings and recommendations to the relevant committee no later than January 1, 2025. Once the report is delivered or the deadline passes, the task force will officially end its work.
