Summary
Beginning July 1, 2025, the act requires the department of health care policy and financing (state department) to provide reimbursement to certain medicaid members (member) for the use of telehealth remote monitoring for outpatient services. The state department may award up to five grants worth $100,000 each. Beginning November 1, 2025, the act requires the state department to provide coverage for continuous glucose monitors to medicaid medical and pharmacy benefit members.
