Repeal Registered Manager Requirement Liquor Licensees

Summary
The act amends the "Colorado Liquor Code" to eliminate the requirement that a hotel and restaurant, tavern, and lodging and entertainment licensee register a manager with the liquor enforcement division in the department of revenue.
