The act allows a pharmacy located within a hospice inpatient unit to register as a specialized prescription drug outlet for the purposes of providing drugs, devices, and pharmacist services to the residents of the hospice inpatient unit. $53,611 is appropriated from the division of professions and occupations cash fund to the department of regulatory agencies for use by the division of professions and occupations.
