Department of Local Affairs Supplemental

The 2019 general appropriation act is amended to balance and make adjustments to the total amount appropriated to the department of local affairs. The general funds and federal funds portions of the appropriation are increased. Appropriations made in House Bill 19-1245, concerning an increase in affordable housing funding from increased state sales tax revenue that results from a modification to the state sales tax vendor fee, are amended to increase the amount appropriated to the department for the division of housing.
