Bitcoin Dealers Licensed As Money Transmitters

Under current law, persons who offer cryptocurrency "wallets", buy or sell cryptocurrencies, or exchange cryptocurrency with fiat currency are not clearly outside the scope of activity subject to the "Colorado Securities Act" or the "Money Transmitters Act".
